Meet Dr. Ruwa Irsheid

Education

Originally from Jordan, Dr. Ruwa Irsheid has always been drawn to the art and science of creating healthy, confident smiles. She began her dental journey at Jordan University of Science and Technology, where she graduated with honors and a heart full of ambition. Eager to continue growing both personally and professionally, she moved to the United States to pursue advanced training.

At the University of Florida, Dr. Irsheid completed two years of advanced education in general dentistry, then followed her passion for orthodontics into a three-year residency. There, she earned a Certificate in Orthodontics along with a Master of Dental Science—equipping her with the clinical excellence and compassionate approach she brings to every patient today.

Outside The Office

Dr. Irsheid is passionate about creating beautiful, lasting smiles—but what truly drives her is the opportunity to build genuine, heartfelt connections with her patients along the way. She believes that every orthodontic journey should feel personal, positive, and empowering. With a calm and caring approach, she helps each patient feel truly seen, heard, and at ease throughout their time in her care. Fluent in both Arabic and English, Dr. Irsheid values the diversity of her community and takes pride in making every patient feel welcome, understood, and supported.

Our name, “Irsheid” (pronounced Ir-shade), inspired the tree within our logo — a symbol of shade, shelter, and comfort.

The olive tree, timeless in its beauty and calming presence, was chosen for its deeper meaning. It embodies the values that guide our practice: renewal, peace, wisdom, and resilience.
