Irsheid Orthodontics Text Messaging Program
Irsheid Orthodontics offers a text messaging (SMS) program to patients, parents and guardians, and prospective patients who opt in on our website forms or in our office. The program includes two types of messages. You can agree to each one separately:
- Notifications and appointment reminders (non-marketing): appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, waitlist updates, replies to your inquiries, and other account or care-related notifications.
- Marketing and promotional messages: occasional messages about special offers, promotions, new services, practice events, and other practice news. You receive these only if you checked the separate marketing consent box.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving treatment or services. The consent checkboxes on our forms are optional.
Message Frequency and Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and interactions with our practice. Marketing messages are sent occasionally.
How to Opt Out or Get Help
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
